Your Reality
In this module, we take stock so you can accurately assess where you are in terms of the challenges you're facing. You'll come away from this module with a deeper understanding of yourself and your circumstances, so that you can select the strategies that will work best in your work and life.

In module 2 you'll build the foundation of your "single trusted system". If you're currently tracking tasks with a combo of notebooks, post-its, email and your brain (or not tracking at all!), this module is for you! You'll drop the stress of relying on memory, and implement a sustainable system so that no balls are dropped and no details are left undone.

Yep! I’m not sure if you know this about me, but I was diagnosed with ADHD a few years back and many of my (very successful, I might add) clients have ADHD as well.
